Three of the accused persons (names witheld) are graduates of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Anambra State, while one is a graduate of Abia State University. They have been carrying out their primary assignment at a co-educational school along Nnebisi road, Asaba.
The four were arraigned on a three-count charge of conspiracy, procuring and getting hold of their victim, an underage male.
According to the prosecutor, after taking hold of their victim two weeks ago, the four accused persons took him into a room and performed an act of oral sex until the minor ejaculated.
The prosecutor who said the offence was committed two weeks ago said it contravened Section 217 and 516 of the Criminal Code and Volume II Laws of Delta State, 2009.
