[PHOTO] Wizkid Challenges Nigerian Army: “Oya Come And Arrest Me”

It seems that Wizkid has no fear of Nigerian Army as he shares this photo on his Instagram.
The Nigerian Army recently posted a open letter to Nigerian celebrities where they warned them not to wear camouflage while performing as it abuses military, emphasizing that “camouflage is not meant for the entertainment industry.
“They said that any civilian found guilty of putting on the camouflage irrespective of their social status will be dealt with severely.
However Actress, Tonto Dikeh has warned music star Wizkid to desist from wearing army camouflage.
She placed the warning on his Instagram page a few hours ago after the “Jayejaiye’ crooner put up a photo of him in an army camouflage.

Wizkid has however turned deaf ears to Tonto’s warning and has refused to take down the photo.
Although the Nigerian Army has since denied writing the open letter, which was widely published in the media, army spokesman, Brigadier Olajide Laleye, said that wearing army camouflage by civilians is a crime. He added that celebrities who want to wear the military clothing would have to formally apply for permission from the Nigerian Army, citing the example of Daddy Showkey as a person who did so.
